We love this event because it gives us a chance to spend some face-to-face time with our move partners from all over the world. The theme for this year's IAM conference is "The Power of Trust." Trust is something that we work very hard at over here at PricePoint - not just in terms of trust with our customers, but that our products can help our users build trust with their customers. We've written a ton of material on this topic over the years, yet as the moving and mobility landscape changes, our response to building trust also changes through constant product iteration and development. In our latest blog post, President and Founder Ryan Keintz takes a considered look at "price", "quality", and "value", using data and customer choice to build trust with your customers.

Book moves through the platform

Now you don’t have to send that additional email to get in touch with a mover whose PricePoint rates you want to use. We do it for you! Clicking on the “Book Shipment” option right next to “Save Quote”, will trigger an email for the agent letting them know that they have been selected by your company to service a shipment.

Request rates

Now you have the ability to request the rates that you want to see in the Calculator results. Whether it’s a specific agent’s rates or just rates for a determined location, all you need to do is click on the option, fill out a 2-question form and we will contact the agents and request that they load rates for you.

Coming Soon! Create rate access

Soon you be able to directly share your rates in PricePoint with your partners – for FREE. You will simply add their email address, and we’ll take care of the rest. They will instantly be set up to use PricePoint M2M and see only your public rates. Likewise, you will be able to share a custom link in platforms like IAMX so users can ask for access to your rates. We want to make sharing your rates as easy as possible, but fully controlled by you. We will be rolling out this new feature right before IAM so be sure to have public rates available and stop by our booth at IAM.
